Managing the CAPA process is often cited as the main audit actions by regulatory bodies and now that they are adopting a more focused risk based approach to compliance it is likely that they will be more rigorous in their expectations of how organizations implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetition in the future.
CAPA is a continuous improvement tool, and this course is designed to help employees fully understand how to simplify the process and familairize them with the various tools and techniques that can be used to determine the true root cause.
