Pharma Systems International formed in Melbourne in 1996.

In June 1999 PSI (UK) Ltd. formed as a joint-venture with the Australian company.

PSI Australia changed its name to SeerPharma in 2001 following the merger between PSI and Seer Solutions – CSV specialists. SeerPharma’s Singapore office was opened in 2002.

In July 2005 PSI (UK) Ltd. changed its name to SeerPharma (UK) Ltd. and opened a second UK office in York.
